Duties:
Manage the Proposal Department; share the strategy, protect the quality/accuracy of the department
Manage the Proposal Team development (strengthening the current organization with independent strong people)
Coordinate activities of all proposal engineers and sales personnel to ensure fully comprehensive and totally compliant quotations are provided to our clients
Implement metrics to monitor effectiveness and identify areas of weakness. e.g. number of ‘on time’ proposals, hit rates/trends, accuracy (as sold v as executed) etc.

Requiremets:
Degree or equivalent qualified Electrical Engineer
Minimum of five years Proposals Management experience on EPC projects in a process environment and preferably previous experience in power distribution
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate team player mentality
Previous international work experience preferably in the Middle East
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
Fluent in English language.
